Processing Times
In-stock orders are expected to ship in our standard 1-2 weeks processing window.
We will be accepting made to order and pre-sale on a small number of items. If you have selected an item that is made-to-order or pre-sale, the estimated ship date is visible in the products shipping description on our website and next to each item in the order confirmation email.
Orders received after 2 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.
We offer flat rate shopping only. Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard domestic shipping takes 10-17 business days on average for delivery on domestic orders to the contiguous U.S.
Please note, a small number of items in our store ship directly from the vendor regardless of any other items in the order. Items that ship directly from a supplier are noted in the shipping product descriptions, and in your confirmation email. Additional shipping rates may apply to these items.
